Week 4

15 Months!!!!

15 months!!!! my baby is becoming a toddler!!! He is walking all over the place, Happy as can be and when I think he can't be any cutier just look at him, what is there not to love. Of course I am a little bias but the other day I was at lunch with a friend when a complete stranger comes up to me and said " I have been watching your baby and he is seriously the cutiest little boy I have ever seen" What does a mom say to that? I know he is of course but I try to be a little modest.

Another day our neighbor watched him for me while I went to an appointment, They loved him and wanted him to stay longer because they were having so much fun with him. But her poor little 4 year old realized Easton was taking some attention away from him. When I picked E up he just kept going back to our friend and would give her a hug then come back to me, later that night when our neighbors little 4 year old, Who also is the cutest thing ever as well, our boys love him, was saying his prayers, prayed that Easton wouldn't love his mommy so much.

We are so glad Easton brings so much joy to so many.

At 15 months Easton weighs 22lbs 4 oz and is 31 inches long.

Carsons Surgery

About a year ago Carson asked me what a marble was doing in his cheek? A little freaked out I felt around and sure enough there was a bump about the size of a marble that rolled around in there like one as well. We went to see Dr. Doug and he assured us it was just a lymph node harboring some infection from a recent sinus infection and it was nothing antibiotics couldn't handle. But it never shrunk and with each sinus infection it would get bigger. So after a few rounds of anti biotics we went to see the ENT and he felt it should be removed due to the fact it was actually becoming very noticable. So a quick out patient procedure, The mass was about an inch in size, But the Doctors are confident there will be no reocurring related problems. He was so nervous and brave, whenever the nurses would ask if he hurt he would say yes my hand hurts from this tube. Once the IV was removed he started to feel better. Carson is doing great and back to normal but can't wait to have his stiches removed on Thursday.

Project 365-Week 1

Some of you may know my love of scrapbooking, I am pretty good at documenting major events, Holiday's, vacations etc. A new challenge alot of people are trying is called Project 365, basically you take 1 picture every day. Just after 1 week I realized how many little things I do NOT document. So I am sharing with you my 2010 goal. Some weeks may just have a 1 picture of the week, but I am going to do my best to keep on this as a journal of the little things or big things going on in the lives of the Knight's. I will try to keep posting to give you a little glimpse of the crazy life we live but would not trade it for the world!

Hope You all have a fabulous 2010!! We are off to a good start. New Years Eve was spent with good friends and family. New Years Day was spent with good friends Sledding, The boys had a blast. How thankful we are for our friends and family and the memories they bring to our lives. Happy New Year!!!!
